FAQ

We suggest that you write to us through hello@mawu.es  If we have not yet placed your order we can make the modification without problem. In the event that the order has been shipped, once you receive it, you can return it with the costs associated with a return and place a new order.

Unfortunately we do not yet have the ability to place orders with a personalized dedication.

From the purchase of packages of 10 units you can obtain discounts. We recommend that you visit the distributor section.

Like Mawu, we do not have a physical store. However, there is the role of distributors who bring the product to different cities and towns. You can check if you have a distributor near where you want to purchase it. Go to the menu → Distributors.

We will exchange the product for which a defect or breakdown is demonstrated. For that, you must contact us through e-mail hello@mawu.es You will have a period of up to 7 business days from receiving the mandala/s to request the change.

If you wish to return the purchased product, you may do so within a period of 7 business days from receipt, and you must inform us of your interest in said return via e-mail (hola@mawu.es). The return shipping price will be borne by the customer and it is essential for the analysis that you send us the Lunar Mandala as you received it. The refund of the money corresponding to the lunar mandala will be made within a maximum period of 7 business days, after we receive it back at the shipping agency headquarters in our city (Bilbao). The shipping money to your home will not be returned. The return request will go through an evaluation process to verify if it meets the essential requirements: that the product has not been used or damaged, even partially. If any of the above situations have occurred, the return will not be accepted or made.

Distributors

Being a distributor means being part of the Lunar Mandala sales cycle | North Hemisphere. Women from various regions of the country who believe in the strength and importance of this project as a tool for self-knowledge, resell the mandala in their circles, while generating an extra annual income (something important for many). Distributors buy packages with a large number of mandalas, for a lower unit value and resell them for the only value established for the entire northern hemisphere. Our purpose with the distribution is to share the financial abundance of this project with other women, bring the values of self-knowledge and reconnection with the Earth to as many people as possible and work on a win-win principle, in which all people involved have a good return for being part of this network.

The official value of the Lunar Mandala 2022 | Northern Hemisphere is €33 (VAT included) and distributors have access to purchase the mandalas for €26 (unit value) + shipping costs, in distribution packages. Each distributor may purchase packages of 10, 26, 36 or 52 (maximum) units per purchase.

Shipments are made through the NACEX company. Depending on your region or country, it may take between 2 days (domestic shipments and Portugal) and 15 days (international shipments). Values are calculated based on the destination address. You will receive an email (free of charge) as a warning when your order is close.

Yes, it is possible to sell mandalas in other countries. For this, you must take into account some important points:  

  • It is important that you remember that we will not be able to support you to make sales abroad. 
  • Remember that the Lunar Mandala | Northern Hemisphere is a book produced in Spain. The Solstices and Equinoxes, the lunar phases, holidays and anniversaries are according to our rhythm (northern hemisphere) and the calendar of Spain and the northern hemisphere.

We also cannot guarantee the price you will charge. However, in accordance with our distributor agreements, It is important as long as you are well informed that the single sale price throughout the northern hemisphere is €33 (VAT included), and that the value is being adapted to the reality in which you live. In addition to that, we ask that you keep the Lunar Mandala without being an elitist and expensive product.

Yes. We only ask for the CIF in case you want to obtain an invoice for the purchase of mandalas for your company, to resell them through it.

Yes, but to make online sales (ecommerce), it is mandatory that you have CIF (company). Only those distributors that have a store selling other products (with clear policies for cases of loss/delay/cancellation) can be authorized to sell online, as another product in their store.

No. There are limitations in relation to the boxes, which make the quantities of each package the only viable ones to be able to ship in a sustainable way, and to guarantee that the mandalas reach you protected. Therefore, some intermediate or larger quantities are not possible. Yes, you can buy “combined packs”, adding the existing options. For example, you can buy a pack of 52 and another of 10 units, with a total of 62 mandalas. The shipping prices of each pack must be added to calculate the total.

Shipping

We work with the shipping company NACEX, and with three of its services. Depending on the region or country in which you live, your order will automatically be associated with the corresponding service. Next, we want to share with you the shipping policy, because when placing your order you should know that the shipment will be made under the following conditions and you will have the following guarantees:

NATIONAL AND PORTUGAL SHIPPING

  • Delivery guarantee*:
  • Peninsular area 48-72h
  • Balearic Area: Mallorca 48-72h/Ibiza, Menorca and Formentera 48-96h.
  • Canary Islands area: 48 hours. 

*Except for the first two weeks from the launch, and the Christmas period, when due to the high demand for shipments from different companies, delivery times may vary and be longer. 

 

  • Providing the appropriate address and zip code is the responsibility of the customer. In case of error, which entails additional transfer of the package by the courier company, the Extra costs will be the responsibility of the client.
  • You will receive a pre-alert in your email (free of charge), notifying about delivery.
  • The rates include several delivery attempts in the peninsular areas and an additional delivery attempt in the case of the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. If you are not at the delivery location, a notice will be left or a phone call will be made to make an appointment. second delivery without additional charge. However, if in successive attempts, the delivery is unsuccessful (due to the client's absence at the place agreed upon by him with the deliverer), the return surcharge will be borne by the client.   • The expeditions to Canary Islands may be subject to payment of Customs expenditures, taxes, duty, etc. which will be the responsibility of the client. If this occurs, you will be responsible for these fees at the time of receipt of the order.

  • It is mandatory that international shipments travel with telephone and/or email of the destination country. 
  • The expeditions to non-EU countries may be subject to payment of bills customs, taxes, tariffs, etc which will be the responsibility of the client. If this occurs, you will be responsible for these fees at the time of receipt of the order.
  • Deliveries will be made without commitment to schedule. For services before 12:00, consult the agency. 
  • Transit times, It is counted from the same day of collection or from the next day (according to the NACEX international platform) and is stipulated, on business days with respect to the important cities of the destination country (consult guarantees and options in your agency with the CP of destination). 
  • No freight services are allowed due or post office boxes.
  • Shipments may suffer delays beyond the control of the Company.
  • In case the customer was absent on the first delivery attempt, The shipment can be deposited at a collection point.
